MS Pipes & Fittings

MS welding elbow 90°

The Mild steel butt weld elbows are used to change the direction of the pipe in different angles. There are long radius and short radius elbows depending on the bending radius of them. Available in various sizes, they seamlessly connect pipes, enhancing system flexibility.

MS Welding Elbow 45°

Mild Steel butt Weld Elbows at a 45° angle are integral components for redirecting pipes in industrial systems. Crafted from durable mild steel, these elbows ensure efficient fluid flow with precise angular adjustments. Ideal for diverse applications in various industrial settings.

MS Weld Tees

Mild Steel (MS) Weld Tees are essential components in industrial piping systems. These tees, crafted from durable mild steel, facilitate branching connections. Known for their weldability and strength, MS weld tees ensure reliable fluid flow in various applications. Their design allows for seamless integration into pipelines.

MS slip on & MS socket weld Flanges

Slip-on flanges are suitable for low-pressure applications and are easy to install and weld onto different pipes. In addition, welding helps to reduce manufacturing costs. Slip-on flanges do not require a large longitudinal space in the line to be mounted. Socket-weld pipe flanges are typically used on smaller sizes of high pressure pipes. These pipe flanges are attached by inserting the pipe into the socket end and applying fillet weld around the top. This allows for a smooth bore and better flow of the fluid or gas inside of the pipe.

MS weld neck & MS blind Flanges

Welding neck flanges are high integrity flanges and are available in all sizes, all common face types (flat, raised, RTJ), and all classes. Due to the strength of the hub and the integrity of the weld, this type of flange is well suited for elevated temperature and pressure applications. A blind flange (also called a 'closure plate flange') is installed at the end of a piping system to terminate a pipe. It has no center hole (bore), so there is no flow through the flange. A blind flange may be used for isolating a pipe, valve, or pressure vessel.

MS pipe nipple ( Barrel Nipple )

Mild Steel (MS) Pipe Nipples are short sections of pipe with threaded ends, commonly used to connect pipes or fittings. Available in various lengths, they facilitate easy assembly in industrial piping systems. Known for their durability and versatility, MS pipe nipples are essential components for fluid conveyance in diverse applications.

MS reducers

A Mild Steel (MS) Reducer is a fitting designed to connect pipes of different diameters, allowing for a smooth transition in a piping system. It comes in two types: concentric, where the centerlines of the two pipes align, and eccentric, where the centerlines are offset. MS reducers play a crucial role in adapting and optimizing fluid flow in industrial applications.

MS Cap

A Mild Steel (MS) Cap is a fitting used to close the end of a pipe. It provides a secure seal, preventing the escape of fluids or contaminants from the pipe. MS caps are commonly used in various industrial applications, ensuring the integrity of the piping system by sealing off the ends of pipes securely.

MS unions

Mild Steel (MS) Union, available in both threaded and socket weld types, facilitates easy disconnection for maintenance or repair in piping systems. The threaded union features male and female threaded ends, while the socket weld union has a socket for pipe insertion. The union is designed to allow for easy disconnection and reconnection of the pipes, making it a popular choice for applications that require regular maintenance or repair.

MS Branch Connection Fittings

Olet fittings (otherwise called Branch Connection Fittings or Outlet Fittings) will be fittings which give an outlet from a bigger pipe to a smaller one (or one of a similar size). The fundamental pipe onto which the branch association is welded is generally called the Run or Header size estimate. These fittings, available in various types like weldolet and sockolet, enable efficient fluid flow, providing a reinforced junction point.

MS socket weld coupling

MS socket weld coupling are used for welding pipes and fittings including reducers, tees and elbows. Socket weld pipe fittings are used to permanently join pipes that are inserted into a recess in the fitting, flange or valve. Once correctly inserted, fillet type sealing welds are applied to join the pipe to the fitting.

MS socket weld tee

Tees are used to connect three pipe sections. The fitting has two parallel side ends as well as an end that extends perpendicular from the midsection of the fitting. With socket ends for secure welding.

MS socket weld elbow 45°

MS socket weld elbow 45° is a key parts in a piping system for to change the fluid flow direction. It is used to connect two pipes with same or different nominal diameters, and to make the pipe turn to a certain direction of 45 degree.Featuring socket ends for secure welding, these elbows are crafted from mild steel, ensuring durability and efficient fluid conveyance. Widely used in diverse industrial applications, they contribute to reliable and adaptable piping configurations.

MS socket weld elbow 90°

Pipe fittings, called 90 degree socket welding elbows, are often used in pipeline installation. They join two pipes of the same or different nominal diameters to enable the pipe to turn at a specific angle. These piping systems facilitate smooth directional changes. Designed with socket ends for secure welding. Also Reducer Elbow can connect pipes of different diameters at an angle while allowing for a reduction in size. This component combines the functionalities of an elbow and a reducer, facilitating directional changes and size transitions in industrial fluid conveyance applications.

MS pipes

Mild Steel (MS) pipes are available in various sizes and commonly come in standard lengths, such as 6 meters. The 6-meter length is a standard measurement in the industry and provides ease of handling, transportation, and installation. Different sizes refer to varying diameters or dimensions, catering to diverse industrial applications based on specific requirements for fluid conveyance, structural support, or other purposes. MS pipes follow various schedules.
