pneumatic round body cylinders

Round Body pneumatic cylinders are perfect for industrial use with versatile applications and economical usage capabilities. Features of Round Body Cylinder : Stainless steel pistons for corrosion resistance. Lubricated and ready for use.

heavy duty cylinders

The pneumatic cylinders of the 30 and 35 series are designed to work in extreme conditions and hostile environments for a long time. All these cylinders are suitable for installations that need a high number of cycles. Their main application areas can be found in the iron and steel industry, glass industry, paper industry, mining, machinery for public works and automotive industry.

double & single acting cylinders

A single acting cylinder works with compressed air to actuate the piston in one direction and spring force to return to the base position. Work can be performed in the air driven direction. A double-acting cylinder is used where an external force is not available to retract the piston or it can be used where high force is required in both directions of travel.

Pneumatic cylinders

Pneumatic cylinders are used in the automation of machines and industrial processes. The force and motion produced by pneumatic cylinders can be used in mechanisms such as clamping, ejecting, blocking, and lifting. In factories, they are used in repetitive pick-up and placement of objects into a machine or equipment. This type of pneumatic cylinder has square-shaped profiles/covers and has better load-bearing capacity than a round body cylinder.

pneumatic Compact cylinders ( Single & double ended )

Compact cylinders are pneumatic cylinders with an installation length that is extremely compact in relation to the stroke length. Compact cylinders are typically used when space is extremely limited and the requirements on lateral loads are low.

Pneumatic Compact Cylinder - SM / LP Series

These are heavy duty tie-rod constructed compact cylinder. This type of pneumatic actuator provides short strokes in a compact, low-profile (LP) design—enabling you to use it in very tight spaces.

heavy Compact Pneumatic Cylinder ( double acting )

The compact cylinder has several notable features, including elastomer end cushioning. A wide range of mountings with space-saving design. The product lineup includes both magnetic and non-magnetic versions, which are designed to function in a double acting manner.

Pneumatic Power Cylinder

Power Cylinder Consists basically of a double acting pneumatic cylinder with positioner, Filter + Regulator Fitting Accessories.Power Cylinder has been designed to operate as an actuator in a pneumatic control system, to position the final control elements in accordance with the controller signals. Examples Dampers, Butterfly valves, Furnace burner nozzles, ID & FD Fans, etc.

molded tie rod pneumatic cylinder (BSH)

Tie-rod cylinders are widely used in pneumatic applications and feature high strength, threaded steel rods and nuts to secure end caps to both ends of the cylinder barrel. These types of cylinders are not as complex in design as other cylinders and can be taken apart for service and repair.

pneumatic quick release couplings

A pneumatic coupling is used to connect compressed air tools to a compressed air line. A pneumatic coupler allows a tool to be easily connected or disconnected to a hose or pipe while it is under pressure. The system consists of two parts: the quick coupling (the female part) and the plug-in or nipple (the male part).

Roto Seal Couplings

Roto Seal Coupling is a type of rotating joint which is used for allowing rotation of parts that are united with each other. It is a kind of a device which works as a seal between a stationery and a rotating instrument which make the flow smoother & easier.

Moisture separators

Moisture separator is used to remove suspended water particles from steam line and supply dry steam to equipment, increasing their operational efficiency.

Steam Rotary Joint

These are used in steam-heated rolls in the paper, textile, and printing industries. Hydraulic rotary joints: These are used in hydraulic systems to transfer fluid between stationary and rotating parts, such as in hydraulic machinery.

Pneumatic solenoid valve (single)

Pneumatic solenoid valves are electromechanical devices that control the flow of air or process gas and are used for controlling pneumatic actuators such as cylinders, turbines (pneumatic motors), diaphragms, and tubes. Using actuators, they form auxiliary air circuits to control plant equipment.

Foot pedal valve & solenoid Manifold base

Air operated foot pedals can also be referred to as pneumatic footswitches or foot pedals. They operate using air rather than electricity which makes them safe in wet environments. Multi Solenoid Valve Manifolds to link multiple solenoid valves and other components together through a single manifold base.

Poppet type valves

Poppet valves are used in pneumatic and hydraulic systems. They offer a higher air flow volume compared with spool valves, and offer a high exhaust capacity for venting pilot air when required.

quick exhaust valve & flow control valve

The quick exhaust valve is mounted between the positioner or solenoid valve and the pneumatic actuator. It is used to accelerate the venting capacity to vent the pneumatic actuator more quickly. Flow control valves are used in pneumatic systems to regulate the flow rate of compressed air. By controlling the flow rate, the speed of the pneumatic cylinder can also be regulated directly.

disc rotary valve & finger lever valve (Poppet)

Rotary Disc valve is a quick open/close valve that realizes opening/closing through a rotary disc. It is designed especially for the abrasive and erosive medium. Valve used at discharge, inlet and venting applications. A pneumatic finger lever valve is used to manually turn on and off an air supply. In a pneumatic system, they can control cylinders and signal other equipment.

pneumatic vacuum generators / Ejector

A pneumatic vacuum generator is a device that operates based on principles of fluid mechanics, specifically the Bernoulli's principle and the Venturi effect. It uses compressed air to create a low-pressure zone, which allows it to create a vacuum for various applications such as suction or filtration.

Roller lever & push pull valve spring return / detent

Pneumatic roller lever valves are used to sense the position of parts mechanically within machine automation systems. Push Pull Valves are used to operate Pneumatic Cylinders. In the absence of electrical supply, manually operated valves such as Push Pull Valves are used.

Poppet Type Hand Lever Valve

5/2 way hand lever pneumatic directional control valve or the poppet valve spool is opened or closed acting against the spring. Due to the poppet spool construction with pressure compensation on both sides, the flow through the valve is possible in both directions.

solenoid valve ( poppet type )

Poppet valves are commonly employed for load holding and load lowering with single-acting cylinders. They are used as unloading valves in positive displacement pumps. They serve as relief valves in air tanks. A poppet valve provides a convenient method of preventing flow reversal in a fluid circuit or as a way to prevent contamination of different media in mixing systems.

Solenoid Gang Valves

A manifold is a device that links one or more pneumatic system block/isolate valves. Fluid distribution devices are known as Gang-Manifold. Manifolds are often set up such that several exits share a single inlet or supply chamber. Both internal and external pilot air supply can be used for manifolds with sub-base valves

pilot valves

Air piloted valves make use of air pressure to control compressed air, liquids or gas by means of a pneumatic system. Manufacturers prefer these valves because they do not require additional electrical current or labor to operate.

pneumatic shuttle valve

This prevents the fluid from traveling through that opening, but allows it to flow through the middle opening. In this way two different sources can provide pressure without the threat of back flow from one source to the other. In pneumatic logic a shuttle-valve works as an OR gate.

pneumatic solenoid valve

Pneumatic solenoid valves are electromechanical devices that control the flow of air or process gas. They are mostly used for controlling pneumatic actuators such as cylinders, turbines (pneumatic motors), diaphragms, and tubes.

pneumatic solenoid valve (double)

The double solenoid valve is just like the double-acting pneumatic cylinder, which has no spring resetting. The two coils just have one excitation and adopts the working mode of one pushing and the other pulling.

Hand lever valves

A pneumatic hand lever valve is used to manually turn on and off an air supply. Detents are used on pneumatic valves to hold the valve's spool at one of two selected positions. After the spring retracts the valve rod, the valve returns to its normal, unactuated position.

Limit Switches (Roller lever type)

Limit Switch is used to detect the presence or absence of an object and monitor the position of a moving part for example detection of incorrectly set work, loose screws, and check the status of a machine door.

Pneumatic Switch Mechanical Valve & foot pedal

A mechanical valve can be used to determine in which direction the air is let through. The valves are therefore used as control valves in normal operation or as emergency-off pushbuttons on machines. Pneumatic foot pedal valves signal other devices within a system remotely; for example, they can operate pneumatic cylinders that hold workpieces in place, enabling hands-free machine operation.
